I have proven over the years that I will stand up and work with the community members to address the issues that are of a concern to them. Such as: Parental Responsibility Ordinance (1st in the State of Iowa), Noise Ordinance, Organizing 16 Neighborhoods within Muscatine City and 1 in the County, Disturbing the Peace Ordinance, Graffiti Paint outs, Drug & Gang Activity, Animal Control Ordinance (addressing Pit Bulls) and Cleaning up the Community to mention a few.
